Work Vessels for Veterans is committed to the journey of assisting our returning military servicemen and women across the country. Our effort, while still young, is rapidly expanding and we hope to build an arsenal of tools that will help as many veterans as possible transition their lives here at home.
How can you join us? First, recognize that our efforts are designed to help these men and women get to work or pursue their education
Product Donations
If you have products, both new and used, such as boats, computers, vehicles, machinery and tools to name a few, that could assist a veteran build a company, start a new job, learn a new trade. Please contact us as we endeavor to match that donation to the veteran.
Product Assistance Donations
We would prefer products in good condition, but if they are slightly used and in need of repair we can coordinate that work. And perhaps your business or company could donate those services to assist in that effort: boatyards, auto-repair services, machining experts, etc.
Service Donations
If you have a service or talent that could assist a veteran getting started, such as professional counseling, resume preparation or any hosts of self improvement services, please contact us. We can match the veteran who is need of those jump-start services.
Financial Donations
Finally, financial donations are always welcome as all monetary support goes back into the acquisition or repair of the products to be donated to our servicemen and women.
Whatever your product or service we welcome your participation and hope you will join us. What began has a single gift of thanks, has become a nationwide movement of appreciation. Please, we look forward to welcoming you aboard!

Laptop Computer Donation/Purchasing Program
WVFV is continually looking for used laptops to meet the needs of returning vets. Laptops are essential for any vet looking to start a business, searching for a job or going back to school. If your company is cycling into new laptops, please consider donating or if necessary selling them to WVFV as we can refurbish the used ones and match them with vets in need of one.
